POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls, take and transmit messages.
  • Greet and welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Maintain calendars for conference rooms and schedule meetings.
  • Oversee office services, including ordering supplies and ensuring office machines are in good working order.
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a busy front desk and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a related field is a plus.
