POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Receptionist with strong personal attributes to join the P.B Bell Corporate team.  We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.

The Receptionist is responsible for various routine clerical duties, assisting executive team, screening incoming calls, taking and transmitting messages, maintaining calendars of conference rooms.  This position is also responsible for overseeing all office services, ordering supplies and keeping office machines in good working order.
