Position Summary

As a Marketing Coordinator at P.B. Bell you will be working with our Marketing Director to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for all properties as well as corporate marketing initiatives. This position demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has exceptional people and time management skills.

What You’ll Do at P.B. Bell

  • Support the Marketing Director with the creation of corporate and property marketing plans and strategies.
  • Assist in developing and managing print and online marketing materials.
  • Create and implement corporate social media strategy.
  • Project manage all aspects of setting up a property for new developments and takeovers.
  • Monitor property marketing and advertising performance through data and reporting to evaluate marketing activities.
  • Act as liaison to advertising and public relations agencies as needed.
  • Create and maintain corporate and property websites including template design, photography and copywriting regularly reviewing for performance.
  • Manage digital marketing and ILS advertising websites for all apartment communities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and new vendors to promote and enhance programs and efficiencies
  • Develop and design email and text campaigns for apartment communities providing support on best practices to onsite team members
  • Schedule, gather, organize, and maintain visual assets for each community to include photography, videography, virtual tours, etc.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative partnership with onsite community teams, portfolio leadership, and corporate teams to nurture and enrich P.B. Bell’s culture, values, and mission.
  • Implement and provide ongoing support of new marketing technology.
  • Assist with event coordination and provide guidance to onsite team members with resident retention plans.
  • Maintain and organize project files, budgets, spreadsheets, and other project resources as required.
  • Coordinate with and train onsite team members on marketing best practices and systems
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of advertising, sales messaging, websites, and collateral materials for accuracy and relevance as it relates to verbiage, brand identification, creativity, and contact information.
  • Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

Skills/Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years experience in Marketing
  • College degree in Marketing preferred
  • Must have great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using GMB, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube for business
  • Excellent organizational and presentation and networking skills required
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Polished, professional and solid time management skills
  • Comfortable with your work being request-driven and thrive in an environment where each day could bring something different to the queue.
  • Experience in property management or real estate a plus
  • Experience in Yardi/RentCafe/Site Manager a plus
