We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adeline, a new high-rise apartment community in the heart of downtown Phoenix. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the property while delivering exceptional service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the property meets all safety and quality standards
Maintain apartments, common areas, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they are move-in ready
Respond promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive resident relationships
Participate in on-call emergency maintenance, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
