Position Overview

Reflections at Red Mountain, an apartment community located in Mesa, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the community meets all safety, maintenance, and appearance standards.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition. This role also prepares vacant apartments for new residents and responds promptly to resident service requests while delivering exceptional customer service.

This position requires availability for on-call emergency maintenance requests during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance tasks to ensure property safety and curb appeal
• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in good working order
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns)
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of:
  • Plumbing
  • Air-conditioning/HVAC
  • Electrical systems
  • General repairs
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to respond to after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls
• Must have a complete set of tools
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong customer service orientation
