Marketside Villas at Verrado is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Team Member to join our community team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities to support daily operations.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, and prospective tenants
• Assist with day-to-day property operations and administrative tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areasRespond to inquiries and help resolve resident concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming community environment

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, data entry)
• Previous customer service or property management experience preferred but not required
