We are looking for a Full-time Groundskeeper with strong personal attributes to help us showcase a 644-unit apartment community located in Scottsdale. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.
Position Summary
The Groundskeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the Denim apartment community, located in Scottsdale including grounds and landscaping, pool area, laundry rooms, mail box areas, recreation areas, parking lots, dumpster areas and walkways to, from and in between buildings. The Groundskeeper may assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents and responding to routine resident requests for maintenance.
Skills/Requirements
- Past Groundskeeping experience preferred
- Must be Customer service oriented
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must be available to take on-call after hours at night and on weekends/holidays
