Job Summary:
The Director of Learning and Development leads the strategy, design, and execution of company-wide training initiatives to foster employee growth and support organizational objectives. This role is responsible for developing impactful learning programs that enhance skills, boost engagement, and drive performance. The Director will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that training programs align with P.B Bell's core values and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy to support organizational goals.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultation with leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, adjusting as needed.
- Manage and implement the sales evaluation program, ensuring effective assessment and continuous improvement of sales performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and facilitate orientation day for new hires, ensuring a structured and engaging introduction to company policies, culture, and resources.
- Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning to enhance employee retention, engagement, and career development.
- Develop and oversee a structured mentor training program that fosters leadership development, enhances employee retention, and strengthens operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the multifamily industry or property management is highly preferred.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technology.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and performance tracking software.
