We are looking for a Development Assistant with strong personal attributes to join the P.B Bell Corporate team. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits, a professional working environment and great growth potential.
The Development Assistant will assist Senior Executives and development team with a range of support and administrative duties, including drafting documents and correspondence, travel arrangements, special projects and other duties as assigned. Assist in the day-to-day management of the office, including ordering supplies, managing maintenance requests/problems, and serving as a liaison with the landlord. Assist with front desk reception duties as needed.
- Administrative experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills required; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree
