About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a 136-unit luxury apartment community in Phoenix. This is a stabilized community with strong potential, and we’re looking for a leader who can boost occupancy, elevate resident satisfaction, and optimize operations. What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop an engaged onsite team.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement.
- Build strong relationships with residents to drive satisfaction, retention, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Implement targeted marketing and outreach strategies to increase occupancy.
- Plan and coordinate resident events and community engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with P.B. Bell standards, Fair Housing laws, and all applicable regulations.
- Negotiate vendor contracts, oversee vendor performance, and manage service quality.
- Monitor competitor activity to maintain a competitive market position.
- Oversee maintenance operations, inventory management, and invoice processing.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of Community Manager experience in a high-volume, multifamily property.
- Proven track record of improving occupancy and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Yardi software experience preferred.
