Position Summary
The Full-Time Community Manager position is available at The Gila Springs apartment community located in Chandler. The Community Manager is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, and supervising on-site employees.
The position will be responsible for the leasing operations of the property, which will include showcasing the apartment community to prospective residents, processing and approving applications, and moving in new residents.
This position will oversee on-site leasing activities, marketing efforts, and staff support/direction. The Community Manager will maintain excellent resident communications to ensure resident retention and will plan resident functions.
The position will mediate resident issues, negotiate vendor pricing, and oversee vendor services. The Community Manager will manage supplies and parts inventories, including overseeing the ordering of parts and supplies and processing invoices.
The position will also be responsible for maintaining current information on competitors and overseeing the property maintenance programs.
Skills / Requirements
Must have Community Manager experience
- Professional appearance required
Yardi software experience preferred – must be tech savvy
Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skills necessary
