Ancillary Services Coordinator will oversee all ancillary programs that integrate with the main software programs, Yardi Voyager and Yardi CRM. These programs are, but not limited to, utility billing, bad debt collection, security deposit alternatives and renter’s insurance. This position is responsible for researching, analyzing, training and implementing ancillary procedures and software that support the onsite community teams. This position will report to the President of Property Services. Successful candidates will have experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing programs or processes on a large scale
- Yardi experience or other equivalent system is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Property management experience preferred, but not required.
