Position Summary

The Training and Marketing Director develops, maintains and presents training curriculum and administers monthly training courses to field employees. Analyzes monthly advertising data for all properties and provides recommendations based on performance. This position provides general site level support for marketing and training programs and will be hands on with challenging and lease-up properties. The Training and Marketing Director will develop marketing plans and market competitive studies for potential new business in addition to setting up new websites and marketing technology for new residential, commercial and development projects. This position will complete annual site evaluations on all residential buildings to ensure marketing compliance. The Training and Marketing Director will supervise the office roving support staff and direct the Certified Field Trainers.

Skills / Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years work experience in training sales staff
  • College degree in Marketing required
  • Social Media, SEO and excellent internet technology experience required
  • Must act in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner at all times
  • Excellent communication, organizational and networking skills required
  • Must be customer service oriented
  • Past work experience in property management or real estate a plus
