Position Summary


The Project Manager oversees and is accountable for all aspects of multi-family apartment project development from due diligence through certificate of occupancy. The position is responsible for creating and maintaining development schedules so projects are completed within approved development schedule. This position will assist the VP of Development in obtaining all entitlements for the project, including zoning, plats and site plan approvals. Will be responsible for all City submittals and obtaining all applicable construction permits and will be responsible for tracking permits and all other entitlements through the City process. The Project Manager will be responsible for transitioning new developments to the property management company at Certificate of Occupancy.

Skills / Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree in a related field.
  • Five years of project manager experience; knowledge of real estate and development industry.
  • Supervisory experience a plus
  • Requires the ability to read plans and reports
  • Requires the ability to complete assigned tasks within set schedules and deadlines
  • Must be able to prioritize work assignments.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
