P. B. Bell has the following positions available: Assistant Manager, or Leasing, Maintenance Technician, and Maintenance Supervisor at a 150 unit apartment community in Phoenix.

Position Summary

  The ideal candidates  must have excellent communication skills, be outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Effective sales and multi-tasking skills are also required in these challenging rolls. Exceptional customer service skills will be necessary for completing daily general duties. Past apartment leasing or property management experience is preferred. Manager and Supervisor positions require previous management experience.The ideal candidate must be available on weekends.


The Maintenance position are responsible for completing tasks so the property meets all safety and appearance standards. In addition, these position ensures that all apartments, buildings, equipment and amenities are maintained in good working order. The Maintenance positions also prepare vacant apartments for new residents and responds to resident service requests in a timely manner while demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times. The positions are full-time with standard hours of 8-5, Monday through Friday. In addition, the candidates must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays for on-call emergency maintenance requests.
