Position Summary

The Roving Leasing Consultant is the main point of contact with prospective residents. This position is responsible for effectively engaging and interacting with each visitor and resident, successfully showcasing the benefits of the community, effectively closing each rental agreement and problem solving any issues with current residents. The candidate must also be able to perform additional property management responsibilities including administrative/accounting duties. In addition, the position may assist with other duties including collecting/posting rent and preparing reports. Past general office computer experience will be necessary for completing job duties. Past multi-family property management experience will be required.

The ideal candidate must be able to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area and be adaptable and comfortable working in fast paced and constantly changing work environments. The ideal candidate will also be experienced, flexible, outgoing, professional and customer service oriented! Candidates must be available to work on weekends.


Skills / Requirements

    • Must have 2 years of work experience in multi-family property management
    • Experience with YARDI property management software preferred
    • Professional appearance and demeanor is necessary
    • Reliable transportation required
    • Exceptional customer service skills are a must
    • General office and computer skills necessary
    • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays
