Position Summary

The General Ledger Accountant performs various accounting duties such as creating, reviewing and posting entries to the general ledger, reconciling accounts and bank statements, maintaining and importing management fee schedule, producing various accounting reports, preparing tax reports and compiling and producing full financial packages for entities. The General Ledge Accountant provides financial support to department heads, property owners and site managers.

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field
  • Three years of experience as an Accountant
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Yardi experience desired
  • Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Must be customer service and detail oriented
